For the first time, sailors everywhere are invited to participate in the NOOD BVI Championship — the annual culmination of the NOOD Regatta Series. Sailing World is adding an open class to the Caribbean NOOD Championship and Sunsail is offering special NOOD values on their fleet of high-performance bareboats in Tortola for all who wish to come and race NOOD in the British Virgin Islands.
Spicing things up this year, the NOOD Championship has moved the dates of the regatta to coincide with the Bitter End Yacht Club‘s Pro-Am Regatta to ensure every sailor makes some spectacular memories. During the regatta we will also be surprising those in our fleet with onboard celebrity appearances from sailors of the past Volvo Ocean Race, the Americas Cup, and Olympics. Don’t miss this very special year of sailing in the BVI!

Another fun addition to the program is the availability of a fleet of Mothership Catamarans on a first-come, first-served basis. These have become more and more popular over the years and certainly provide your crew, and additional friends and family, a great platform to spectate and enjoy the thrill of racing in the Caribbean. In order to apply the special NOOD charter rate, simply provide your US Sailing Membership number and the name of your yacht club.
